What you are declaring
Under 50 people, up to 10 production instances, whichever you cross first.
Tiers are sold by band, and nothing in the software measures either number: Ubik runs on one machine and never counts your fleet. You declare the band when you buy, it is recorded in the key, and it is revisited at renewal. If you are over the ceiling, take the tier above.
What happens next
- ·Paddle takes the payment and sends the receipt. They are the merchant of record, so they handle VAT and sales tax and the invoice comes from them.
- ·We mint your key and mail it to the address you paid with. Keys are signed by hand offline, so this is usually within one business day, not instant.
- ·Nothing is waiting on that key. Ubik already runs at full capacity, every feature, no limit. The key silences the startup notice and records the tier you bought.
Billed annually, in your own currency at checkout. Renews until you cancel. Full refund within 14 days, see refunds.
